RESTAURANTS Do you accept personal checks? No, we don’t accept personal checks. Do you accept credit cards? Which ones? In order to offer a better service and for your convenience we accept mayor credit cards like VISA, Master Card and American Express. Do you have a kids menu at the restaurant? No, we don’t have a kids menu; however, we understand our client’s needs and are flexible. Do you offer any Menu options for diabetics and vegetarians? Some of our menu options are low on calories but our main dishes are Italian and based on carbs. Do you offer banquet services at the restaurant? Yes, we do offer special menus for groups if required. Our Banquet services are very well known because of the great catering options we offer. MEETING FACILITIES Do you offer storage services? What is the additional charge? No, we don’t have storage facilities; however, if you’re having an event and you need to bring some equipment, party favors or liquor, your Event Coordinator will help you store these items for a few days. Do you offer a courtesy room for large groups? For groups, in addition to a special group rate, we offer a courtesy room for every 20 rooms reserved and paid for. Can I bring my own liquor to my events? Is there an additional cost? Yes, you may bring your own liquor to your event. There is an uncorking fee per bottle and the bottles must have the SHCP seal from Mexico. Do you have an AV Specialist at the Hotel? We have an AV Specialist on site that will be assisting you at any time during your event (sound check, projections screens, data projector, and web). Do you have an Event Coordinator on site? Yes, we have an Event Coordinator on site that will help you plan your event right from the beginning taking care of every detail regarding your event or business meeting. Do you offer food & beverage services at the Meeting Rooms? To make it more convenient for you and in order to maintain the privacy of your meeting, we do offer Food & Beverage Services at the Meeting place. We have a full menu that includes: Coffee breaks, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and buffet. ROOMS Can I bring liquor to my hotel room? No outside beverages are allowed in hotel rooms. Can I invite friends to my hotel room that are not staying at the Hotel? For hotel guests safety, we don’t allow any outside guests inside the hotel rooms. Can we drink at the Hotel’s Main Plaza all night? We have a number of Bars where you and your friends can enjoy a fun time. Can we drink at the Hotel’s Main Plaza all night? We have a number of Bars where you and your friends can enjoy a fun time. How late is your swimming pool open? The swimming pool is open until 11:00 p.m. Do you have rollaways? We do have rollaways for extra guests (upon request). As for the valet parking, do you have insurance coverage? The Valet Parking is independently operated; however, they do offer limited coverage for damages while in the parking lot. In case of an accident, do you have insurance coverage? We do offer a limited coverage in case of an accident inside the premises of the Hotel. SPA Do you offer spa services at the hotel rooms? Yes, Dagnino’s Spa has room service. If you don’t want to live the privacy of your room, an experienced therapist can give you the same quality service directly at your room, a scheduled appointment is required. |
