One of Best Hotels in Rosarito
Keep in mind that hotel standards in Rosarito are different than, say, Cancun. There aren’t a lot of choices, and none are what would be considered nice resorts (at least in the city proper). That being said, this is a great hotel. It’s right in the middle of the action (beach, clubs), and the rooms were actually quite comfortable. My friend had stayed in the other big hotel that’s nearby, and he felt that the Festival Plaza was actually nicer (though it doesn’t have the fancy lobby or restaurants like the other hotel). I usually stay in the high-end business hotels when I travel, so this was quite a switch, but as long as you manage your expectations, you’ll be quite pleased with this hotel.

Good stuff
We stayed in the cheaper *taco* section of the hotel and it turned out to be pretty good. This section does not have a TV and the rooms are not in the best condition, but I loved it because it turns out to be more of a frat house then anything. This is the best place to be if you want to be close to the clubs and meet new people.

Good to stay if you like a party
When i read someones review in here, I got some neglect imagination about this hotel but whole these anxiousness were eliminated after find my lodging, clean and safe. you would be satisfied

Great Hotel With A Great View
Really great hotel. Great customer service. Our room had a really great view of the beach. You can see club Iggy’s and Papas and Beer. Yet when the windows are closed you can’t hear the music. Walking distance to resturants and shopping. I had a great experience at Festival Plaza and would stay there next to I visit Rosatiro.

Nice location
The hotel is centrally located and clean. We were up in the seventh floor and the view from there was awesome. We were able to check out the street ambiance in front of the nightclubs from our room and most important, we were able to see the pacific ocean waves hitting the beach.The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you stay here, you do not need a car or taxi to get to all the happening places in town. I read some of the reviews from past guests and some were complaining about the loud music blaring from the clubs; after doing some walking and drinking, the music will NOT be a problem going back to the room to sleep. We got a good night sleep. The water pressure on the shower is also awesome; the best water pressure I have ever experienced.

Wanna party
If you are looking for party is a great place to stay, if you want to rest maybe is not the best option.

Great for short trips!
The place was fairly easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to beach. Smack in the middle of popular bars and clubs. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with small children (well, not the bungalows at least) due to noise level, but if you’re there to have a good time with friends, it’s a deal.
